Exploring Wholeness With You

Hi!! I am Teresa, owner of Luminous Door, a space created with heart, intention and authentic relationship to the process of remembering our wholeness.

In my human design as a reflector there are a few aspects that I really enjoy: being a deep listener, having spacious capacity for what arises, and a sensitivity to subtle energy. I enjoy being in 1:1 sessions and gatherings as a way of facilitating space where others can be truly seen and heard, creating opportunity for meaningful connections and inspiring wholeness perspectives.

“If we could see the miracle of a single flower clearly our whole life would change. ”- Buddha

I have lived most of my life with a feeling of deep connection to where I am, who I am and what I am doing.

Step by step, curiously uncovering the next layer of knowing who I have been and who I am becoming. At this moment in my life, I am again in new relationship with what I value and am devoted to living into those values of BEING IN ACTION.

What do I value?

My values include a deep respect and humility for:

the sacred relationship with DIVINE PROCESS,

embracing and inspiring WHOLENESS,

the flow of NATURAL RHYTHMS and

exploring my capacity in the PRESENT MOMENT.

Beyond Affirmations, Will Power, and Positive Thinking

PSYCH-K® is a non-invasive and effective way to shift limiting beliefs allowing you to step into the Fullness of your Life. Many people begin to experience real changes after one session.

“We but mirror the world.

All the tendencies present in the outer world are to be found in the world of our body.

If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change.

As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him.

This is the divine mystery supreme. A wonderful thing it is and the source of our happiness.

We need not wait to see what others do.”

How does your body respond to this idea of change?

Is there a struggle in your mind, your thinking self?

Is there a reoccurring theme?
